Teller

We are seeking qualified candidates to perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, money orders, and check cashing and all other teller duties. Explain, promote, and cross sell the products and services the Credit Union offers.  Balance cash drawer coin, currency and checks to source documents and the Reliance totals at the end of each shift.  Follow proper cash handling procedures.  Give professional, friendly, accurate service to ALL members.  For this position, we are looking for strong computer skills, excellent member service experience, and meticulous cash drawer balancing.  Our Credit Union offers a very competitive wage and benefit package, including a phenomenal 401k offering.  EOE. Mortgage Loan Officer

Growing Credit Union is seeking a successful Mortgage Loan Officer to work out of their main office in Flint. This is primarily an in-house position, however this person will also be required to network and prospect by making in-person sales calls to real estate agents, financial advisors and other potential referral sources to develop borrower leads a minimum of 2 days per week. We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in residential mortgage lending that has demonstrated the ability to exceed sales goals. IT Manager

This position is responsible for the Credit Union’s technology initiatives and operations including information security and staffing.  Directs and administers the operations of the information systems department, including, but not limited to, core transaction system, LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, data Telecom/communications systems, ACH, and third party relationships.  Responsible for information system security, support, backup, testing and reliability.  Establishes overall strategy for design, installation and operations for software/hardware integration, system architecture, data networks and intra/internet interface.  As a member of the management team recommends information technology strategies and plans for the Credit Union.
