FLINT, MI – Financial Plus Credit Union will host their 2nd annual “Paws Party” on Friday, June 1st from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at Financial Plus Credit Union’s Main Office located at G- 3381 Van Slyke Rd, Flint. This event aims to find animals a forever home.
“We support the Humane Society in quite a few ways from volunteering at the shelter, monetary donations, and sharing animal adoption information to our staff and members. Our staff has always been very passionate about animal adoption and this event is one way we can help animals find that forever home.“ said Olga Long, Senior Vice President.
Adults, children, and families are welcome to attend this event. The Humane Society will be on-site with rescue animals up for adoption. Financial Plus will cover $20 of the adoption fee for each animal that is adopted on-site during the Paws Party celebration. The event features information on Benefits Plus pet insurance, prize drawings, animal adoptions, Benefits Plus special offers, and more. Special guests include Humane Society of Genesee County, 102.5 WIOG, and Key-Lore Pet Rest Gardens.
