FLINT, MI – Financial Plus Credit Union is encouraging youth health and fitness by giving their Facebook followers a chance to win one of twenty bikes through the “Financial Plus Kids Bike Giveaway” contest. Starting July 1st, place a Facebook comment with the child you are nominating along with his or her favorite color then use the hashtag #FPCUBikeGiveaway. The winners will be randomly selected on September 1, 2020.

“As an organization who encourages employee physical and financial wellness, we wanted to find a way to extend this passion into the youth within our community. We know healthy habits start with promoting physical activity and this is why we are hosting the “Financial Plus Kids Bike Giveaway” contest. If you know a child who is in need of a new bike, please nominate them by visiting our Facebook page today,” said Olga Long, Vice President of Strategic Growth and Marketing.

To enter the contest, place a comment for the child you are nominating along with his or her favorite color from July 1, 2020 through August 31, 2020 then use the hashtag #FPCUBikeGiveaway. After commenting, “LIKE” and share the contest post – and you’re entered. On September 1st, the Credit Union will randomly select 20 winners from the Facebook post comments. Financial Plus volunteers will put together each winner’s bikes for the big surprise.
