We updated our digital banking to enhance your user experience and improve its navigation on June 16, 2020.


Important details regarding transitioning to our new digital banking platform:

• Your current username and password will be used for first time log in.
• The mobile app is now called MyFPCU and will be available for download on June 16, 2020.  The current app will redirect you to our new app, and you will be required to download the new app onto your mobile device.  (The current mobile app will no longer work after June 16, 2020.)
• If you use BillPay, all payees will transfer to the new platform. There is no action required of you.
• If you have eAlerts, you will need to enroll again within the new platform. (Click button below to view Quick Reference Guide and details on how to enroll).

To assist with questions regarding digital banking, our Contact Center will be available with extended hours in effect June 16, 2020 to June 26, 2020 at (800) 748-0451. 

Monday - Friday 
8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
Saturday (hours remain the same)
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
