Sometimes we all just need a little reminder. That’s what makes Financial Plus’s Alert Preferences so great. You can get text or e-mail reminders for things like:

Credit or debit balance goes below/above a certain amount

Receive a notification when your credit or debit account balance goes below/above a certain amount. Select the share account you wish to add alerts to. Click “Alert Preferences.” Add a “Balance Alert” so when the balance drops below or goes above a specified dollar amount of your choosing, you will be alerted.

Credit (deposit) or debit (withdrawal) is over a specified dollar amount of your choosing

You can also add a “Transaction Alert” when a credit (deposit) or debit (withdrawal) is over a specified dollar amount of your choosing. There are multiple options of being notified: by email, by text message, or in-app message/notification. Select one, two, or all three options. For alerts on an additional share repeat the above steps.  

Enroll in Alert Preferences Today in 4 Easy Steps:

1. Log in to your Digital Banking account
2. Select your account
3. Click on “Alert Preferences” on the menu
4. Choose to add balance or transaction alerts
5. Click "Add alert"

To enroll in Payments, simply log in to your digital banking account, select "Payments" from the menu, and click "Enroll." You’ll be activated and ready to go within two business days.
