Your Feedback Matters

At Financial Plus, we are committed to enhancing your member experience with our products, services, and staff. To assist us in gathering important feedback from you about your overall service experience with our Credit Union, we have partnered with a trusted vendor, Medallia.

MedalliaMedallia will deploy a short survey on our behalf throughout the year. Members may receive up to six surveys during a 12 month duration based on their relationship, products and services, and transaction history.

The information collected from each survey will be reviewed and acted upon at all levels of the Credit Union. A Credit Union employee may contact you regarding your feedback. 

Your participation in our surveys will allow us to identify new ways to provide outstanding service. We appreciate your time and your membership.
