“Businesses deserve access to sophisticated financial solutions and to know the industry-leading people driving those solutions,” said Brad Bergmooser, President and CEO of Financial Plus Credit Union. “We’re bringing in top talent and investing in technology to build a business banking experience that is powerful, personal, and built with our members in mind.”
Mike Doyle joins Financial Plus as Senior Vice President of Business Services, bringing more than 25 years in across commercial and business banking, lending, credit, treasury management and financial services leadership. Tilly Williams joins as Director of Business Services Credit, with more than 30 years of experience in commercial credit, lending and credit leadership.
Together, Doyle and Williams bring deep industry expertise as Financial Plus continues to expand its business banking solutions, providing businesses of all sizes with the tools, guidance and personal service they need to reach their goals.
As part of this expansion, Financial Plus is launching a new Business Digital Banking platform on October 5, 2026, giving business members greater control, visibility and security in managing their finances. The new platform will feature customizable multi-user permissions, enhanced fraud prevention tools, improved account activity and reporting, expanded business banking functionality and access to treasury management services.
The enhanced treasury management services will provide businesses with additional solutions to manage their day-to-day financial operations, while the new digital platform streamlines those capabilities.
The investment reflects Financial Plus’s broader commitment to becoming a key player in business banking while maintaining the local relationships and personalized service that remain central to the credit union.
“There’s something different about being able to have a real conversation with someone who knows and understands your business,” said Rachelle Kippee, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Financial Plus Credit Union. “We’re pairing that personal connection with the technology and resources businesses need, while keeping the relationship right here in the communities we serve.”
