March 5, 2026
FLINT, MI –

Financial Plus Credit Union (FPCU) and Mott Community College are partnering to host Graduate Game Plan, a free community event designed to help high school seniors and recent graduates explore their next steps after graduation.

The event will take place on Saturday, March 14th from 10:00am – 3:00pm at Linden Middle School and is open to students and families from across the region.

Graduate Game Plan is a collaborative community effort that will bring education, career, and community partners together in one place, giving students and families a chance to connect with experts, gather information, and make informed decisions about life after high school.

Attendees can expect:

  • College, trades and certification programs representatives
  • Employers ranging from part-time options to career apprenticeships
  • Representatives from various branches of the U.S. Military
  • FAFSA guidance and scholarship experts from Michigan Department of Education
  • Service vendors such as Anavista Photography and Image Projections
  • Graduation party vendors and celebration planning resources
  • Financial and insurance services including State Farm and FPCU
  • Prizes including gift cards, senior photos, laptops, headphones, and more

“Senior year is full of exciting milestones, but it can also feel overwhelming, and even a little scary, trying to figure out what comes next,” said Sarah Kaplan, Strategic Partnership Manager at FPCU and Graduate Game Plan Co-Chair. “Families are making big decisions, and our goal is to make that journey easier by bringing trusted local experts and resources together.”

Graduate Game Plan is free to attend, and families are encouraged to register in advance here.
