Financial Plus Credit Union Welcomes Ryan Carley as Senior Vice President of Retail Delivery
October 15, 2025
FLINT, MI –
Financial Plus Credit Union and the Hurley Foundation, co-founders of Pink Night Palooza, invite the community to dust off their cowboy boots and join them for the area’s most hopeful fundraiser on Wednesday, October 29th from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Flint Farmers’ Market in downtown Flint.
This year’s theme, “Give Cancer the Boot,” promises an unforgettable evening filled with country flair, live entertainment, and heartfelt purpose—all in support of local breast cancer patients, with the Erik Jones Foundation serving as the Title Sponsor.
Attendees can look forward to a bra-artistry fashion show, a live auction led by Sheriff Chris Swanson, Tarnesa Martin, fondly known as "Nurse T.", and McKenzie Miller. Attendees will also enjoy great food from community vendors, prizes, and live music from local country artist Madison Olivia.
For over 17 years, Financial Plus and Hurley have joined forces to raise over $1 million for Hurley’s Breast Cancer Navigation Program, a vital year-round free service to help local men and women during treatment and recovery. The program identifies gaps within patient care and assists with financial hardships a patient might encounter, such as groceries, bill payments, treatment co-pays, medication, and wigs.
“Year after year, Pink Night Palooza stands as a testament to what partnership and purpose can achieve,” said Karima Amlani, President of the Hurley Foundation. “Financial Plus and our community of supporters make it possible for Hurley to provide compassionate, personalized care for patients facing breast cancer.
“Pink Night Palooza brings our community together in the most inspiring way,” said Ciara Kolasinski, Community Impact Manager at Financial Plus Credit Union and Co-Chair of Pink Night Palooza. “The love, creativity, and generosity of the community give hope to patients and families who need it most.”

About the Hurley Breast Cancer Navigation Program: The Hurley Breast Cancer Navigation Program supports breast cancer patients in Genesee County, where many are uninsured or underinsured, helping them avoid choosing between treatment and basic needs. Since October 2024, the program has provided over $60,000 in direct financial assistance for medical costs, post-surgery supplies, housing, utilities, transportation, and groceries. Patients also receive guidance in securing insurance, connections to community resources, and emotional support throughout treatment. By addressing financial and logistical barriers, the program reduces delays in care and ensures patients never face cancer alone.
